What counts as a client?
One set of books. A client with two entities that each close separately is two.
Is review included, or is it an add-on?
Included, on every file, in every band. A close that has not been signed off by a credentialed reviewer cannot be delivered at all, so it is not something that could sensibly be sold separately.
What happens if a client is slow with documents?
The close still ships. Anything outstanding is parked, named in the open-items memo, and re-asked next cycle. Your deadline does not move because your client’s did.
What if we go over a band mid-month?
You move to the band that fits the roster. The bands are ceilings on client count, not commitments to fill them.

No. Onboarding is a connection, a rehearsal close on a past month, and roughly five business days.
